En honesuki (urbeningskniv) med 145 mm blad.
Utformad främst för styckning av fågel. Den styva ryggen och robusta eggen gör den effektiv för att separera leder och arbeta nära ben, samtidigt som den spetsiga, triangulära profilen ger god kontroll i trånga partier.
